So I spent the whole of Tuesday doing just what my post is titled.
And then today at lunch with Cooking Girl and Perpetual Headache Man, I forgot about the doctor's instructions and had a chocolate sundae from Macs. Big mistake, but I realised only after I had ordered it. And then it looked so yummy I couldn't resist it.
And then after lunch I paid for it. :(
